This prestigious high end office fitout for Alkermes, formerly Elán, in Connaught House, Dublin 2 consisted of new 4 Pipe Fan Coil Units complete with primary and secondary ductwork, high efficiency lighting, new power, data, Fire Alarm.

This fitout comprised of Board Room, Meeting Rooms, Cellular Office, Comms Room and Open Plan Office Space.

The project was completed in time and on budget with a nine week construction programme.
