The Amazon project comprises 10,500 sq metres of modern contemporary commercial office fit out over three floors which incorporates an industrial theme feel throughout in line with the client brief. The majority of the building services and structural concrete are exposed throughout and the high level cable containment has been extended to provide floating feature ceilings over the workstation clusters.

This fitout comprised of Board Room, Meeting Rooms, Cellular Office, Comms Room and Open Plan Office Space.

The Engineering services comprises of 4 pipe fan coil air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, water services, automatic lighting control, I.T. structural cabling system, UPS systems, general services power and extensive audio visual system within in the boardroom and & meeting room suites. The office fit out is being completed over a phased basis and the mechanical and electrical infrastructural works including, ESB supply, Telco supplies and specialist services within the MDF and IDF.
