The project comprised of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services fitout for Aol. Aol are one of the world's largest Global Internet Services and Media Companies. The building is spread over the top 5 floors in one of Dublins most iconic buildings.

The mechanical and electrical engineering services comprised of specialist lighting design for the Conference Rooms and Board Rooms, the latest PIR control energy efficent 4 Pipe fan coil unit Air Conditioning system, Mechanical Ventilation, UPS Installation, Data and Communication, AV Installation, General Power, water services etc.

In order to meet the short 9 week programme, Metec carried out the Design with an innovative approach of Co-ordinated M&E Single drawing Design procedure. This approach provided the fit-out contractors with a project that was co-ordinated prior to starting on site.
