The project comprised of the Fitout for one of the world's largest healthcare companies, of the executive office in 20 On Hatch, Dublin 2. The fitout consisted of executive board rooms and conference rooms, offices, canteen, comms room and reception area.

The mechanical and electrical engineering services comprised of specialist lighting design for the Conference Rooms and Board Rooms, VRF Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, UPS Installation, Data and Communication, AV Installation, General Power, water services etc. The project was installed within an 8 week period, completed on time and within budget.
